Monday, August 13, 2012 - Golden color with a potent nose of lemon, guava and limestone. I would say there are some very subtle hints of premox here but for now the wine gets away with it because the signature Raveneau acidity and minerality win the day. Finishes complex with flavors of limestone minerals, sea shells and chalk.
