Monday, May 25, 2015 - Burger and bordeaux night. Opened 6 hours ahead but no decant. Great fruit jumped from bottle. Beautiful older color brownish red. Great nose of balanced fuit and spice. On palate a very well balanced medium weight wine. Very, very good. Solid finish! Fruit stayed around. This will get better even.
