Saturday, June 6, 2015 - Sweet black fruit on the nose with background white pepper and sweet spice. On the palate, dark earth, light coal dust. Softens and becomes more fragrant with time. Good medium length finish, this still has sufficient acid, tannin and fruit to survive well for some time. Served with striped bass. 1 hour 20 minute decant. 92+
