This is another whopper. nose with obvious reduction that is evolving to tar and fruit. improved a bit with decanting. on the plate, the tannin is subdued by fruit now, and all in all in balance with decent finish. not yet my favorite version of alban. certainly in no danger of being past prime. will try another in 3-5 years. lower score because i think it is a litlle awkward.
