Saturday, March 14, 2015 - Dark ruby to translucent Crimson. Medium weight. Nose of tar, cherry and oak. Some noticeable heat on opening but less obtrusive with air. It settles out to a bright lively moderate to heavily extracted wine, with big flavor but decent balance so it comes off well.
