Friday, May 11, 2012 - Methode Champenoise. Light yellow color. Yeasty lemon citrus aromas. Crisp medium-bodied lemon apple palate. Dry medium length yeasty finish. Fresh and very enjoyable throughout; remains one of the better domestic sparkling wines available at this pricepoint.
