Thursday, June 28, 2007 - Served with skirt steak with a watermelon and red onion relish at the Gibby's June tasting. Garnet color with aromas of cherries, plum, milk chocolate, thyme and sage. Sweet tannins, with some vanilla, plum and spice flavors on the finish. Paired well with the dish.
