Tuesday, June 22, 2010 - Celebration Dinner (Inovasi, Lake Bluff, IL): Very ripe yellow stone fruit aromas with a bit of creme brulee and wood spice. Rich fruits on the palate that coat the entire mouth. A good bit of vanilla on the palate. More evolved than the last one I had, but still very good. Moderate plus finish.
