Definitely evolved and probably on the downslope, but still in sound condition. Some up-front sweetness gives it away as New World but then the fruit turns more washed out on the midpalate. I was craving a little more vibrancy but it still shows some of the character of the vineyard with a crushed-gravel minerality that proves this didn't come from just anywhere.
