Tuesday, June 12, 2012 - Farewell to a Great Restaurant (Charlie Trotter's - Chicago IL): Lush, ripe and powerful fruit aromas with good spice. Black fruit on palate with lots of mushroom character and even more intense baking spice flavors. Excellent.
