Tuesday, June 9, 2015 - Full yellow. Lime and white flowers. Beautifully silky feel upon entry, incredible interplay of ripe green citrus, a bit of pear, and mouth scrunching acidity. Chalk and salinity to finish. This struck me as far more structured and classic than when I last had this in 2013. No ripe, friendly Vaillons this. Terrific Premier Cru that is in its drinking window but should hold for another 5 years.
