Sunday, June 21, 2015 - Good, if still lacking some integration at this point. Pink grapefruit, stony minerals and mild kerosene are the defining flavors. Medium bodied weight. Drunk with crab salad in an avocado half, the acidity and tartness proved to be a good complement to the food.
