Sunday, July 26, 2015 - Sunday Alsace Flight (SF Wine Trading Company): After a taste from one bottle revealed a bizarre vein of spearmint that killed the rest of the wine, a second bottle showed this wine's qualities. Full yellow. Rich tropical fruit more than honey on the nose. Moderate sweetness and length, good acidity. Simple and relatively short on the acid/sugar tension front, this is still a good dessert wine which has held up pretty well.
