Notes: I guess I was a little disappointed with the wine. A lot of his wines from the 90s wasn't well made and this vintage in particular I didn't think very highly of. I thought the usage of oak was too excessive so the whole wine became rather unbalanced. The earthy aroma definitely demonstrates the great terrior of the appellation but then I thought that the palate was a little messed up in a sense that nothing seemed to have integrated and everything seemed to be half assed. So I didn't at all enjoy this wine.
