Saturday, July 20, 2013 - (Mostly) Rieslings at Lan Sheng (Lan Sheng, NYC): Very pretty; fresh lime, citrus and green apple fruit framed by a patina of more mature smoky and creamy elements, and a gentle mineral undercurrent beneath. There's really bright acidity here that keeps it very refreshing and precise, and the balance here is fantastic. Lovely.
