Wednesday, December 21, 2011 - The 97 Cult cab/Meritage dinner at RIS in DC: This is so fresh, limestone, cooper, white flowers, sea salt, sea breeze and etc. The palate is citric and steely and displays excellent concentration and birth acidity. A wonderful young champagnes that is drinking beautifully.
