Thursday, March 20, 2014 - Wines that Charles loves (Cafe Pyrenees): Gorgeous nose is bready with deep floral and baked apple notes. Palate is young and vibrant with plenty of racy acidity. Gets better and better with air. Long, penetrating finish.
