Saturday, October 10, 2009 - I’m pretty sure that Cheval Blanc is indeed my favourite red Bordeaux. This was beautifully proportioned with an intoxicating bouquet of liquorice, sarsaparilla, white flowers, cassis and cedar. Again quite plump in the mouth with a lovely underlying thread of refreshing acidity. Very good length of flavour.
