Friday, February 1, 1991 - Tasting of 1987 Chateau d'Yquem and 1986 Chateau De Fargues twenty five years ago. Sweet, rich honey on the nose, pineapple, more of the same on the palate, intense honey fruit, medium body, tasty for the vintage but fades to a medium finish.
