Saturday, August 13, 2011 - bkack cherry and bramble nose - clear sweet fruit. Earthy rough red fruit, tannic and acidic giving a raw vibrant feel, sweet finish. Very good now with strong meat, more mellow and developed in a few years. Very good Coudoulet
