Sunday, May 29, 2011 - Lemon lime, chalky limestone, white pepper, smoky butter and pears on the nose. Young and tight with pronounced minerality on the attack. Nice structure but just a hint of a hole in the mid palate that leads to a long sweet finish with lots of spicy pear fruit. Very good now, perhaps that mid-palate hole will disappear with some more time?
