Wednesday, January 8, 2014 - Perfect bottle.
Still young colour. Compact, dark ruby.

This wine is open.
Very dark and meaty both in bouquet and on the palate.
Good mineral, nice acidity, well structured. Everything is in balance ... but it is not a complex wine. A bit one dimensional compared with the big guns from 1999.
Pretty good length with a nice finish though.

I will say that the fruit and mineral reveals where this wine come from.
It is a good 1er Cru from N S G.
