Monday, October 31, 2011 - Close to fully mature, with scents of forest floor, tobacco, ash, cassis, blackberry, spice and earth; this round, soft textured Pauillac feels elegant as it crosses your palate. The wine ends with plums, spice, blackberry and red fruits with a hint of olive tapenade.
