Youthful nose plenty of cooked meats, cigar box, mulberries, cedar and refined oakiness.
Med to full, with flavors of kirsh, chocolate, plums, raisins, nuts, leather and black pepper.
Medium aftertaste.
Perfect match with lamb cooked with mushrooms and rosemary, in a cabernet sauvignon sauce.
