Friday, May 8, 2015 - On the pop 'n pour, this was pretty nice, showing some attractive aged zin characteristics with some nice pepper notes. However, with more air, this dried out and got astringent and oaky with prominent alcohol. It was very enjoyable in the early stages, though.
