Saturday, May 12, 2007 - Tasted as part of a 2001-2003 vertical of this wine. Popped and poured each, which was probably a mistake as this got better with some air.

At first, I got an unpleasant medicinal quality, a green pepper note, and it seemed very dry. After being open awhile, things got a little more fruity and pleasant, but I've still got to say I'm glad to be done with these bottles.
