Thursday, February 4, 2016 - Just pulled a double of these bottles out of the cellar. Although I broke the cork while opening, the nectar inside the bottle is still great. Aroma although present, it did not jump out of the bottle. Good earth, black cherry and pepper flavors were dancing throughout the night. Well balance and very enjoyable. Looking forward to the next bottle.
