Monday, April 20, 2015 - Popped, decanted for 30 minutes, then poured. Very dark in color with only slight bricking around the rim. Aromas of bell pepper, cherry, plum, currant and game. Big full bodied wine with flavors of blackberry, cherry, raspberry, hint of plum and bell pepper. Ended with a wonderful 30-35 second finish and a earthy note. Very youthful wine with many great years ahead!
