Sunday, December 14, 2014 - 10 year retrospective: Delicious, light honey, camomile, mandarin, pineapple and white raisins medium sweet, medium body, good acid streak keeping it very boyant and fresh. Nice alternative to a heavier Sauterne, but not big enough to survive a lemon tart for dessert.
