Tuesday, March 31, 2015 - From the list at Bern's Steakhouse in Tampa (a steal at $115!). Vibrant and with its full wits about it. It's the acidity that makes this wine exciting and vital -- it only improved in the glass over the course of an hour-plus. Earth, leather, tart red fruit and metallic-blood. Herbal and savory. Slightly bricked but the color has held and the bouquet is full. Fully intact and glorious.
