Saturday, April 18, 2015 - Pale straw. Color looks barely aged. Equally tight on the palate with citrus and a whole lot of structure and minerality on the back-end. So tightly coiled but you can feel the layers of dry extract. A great bottle of Riesling with plenty of years ahead.
