Sunday, October 11, 2009 - Medium ruby color. Nose of dried cherries, strawberries and cream, fresh soil and some other earthy notes. Similar flavors on the palate with sour cherry and a bit of tart cranberry. Very smooth mouthfeel and finish. Well balanced with nice acidity makes this an ideal pinot for food pairing.
