Saturday, September 18, 2010 - Bright but semi opaque medium plumb color. Cherries - bright and high toned, funk and mushroom. On the palate: cherries, red fruit - lilting and fairly complex, medium bodied, forest floor underpinnings. Defined and clear fresh flavors for an 2005. Opens on the finish with spice notes. Good value and interestingly good.
