Saturday, December 29, 2007 - Delicious pinot from the Santa Rita Hills. Gorgeous ruby color true to pinot. Smoke, dark cherries, asian spice on the nose. Very intoxicating. Very nice old world/new world combo. Definite dirt component but "clean" dirt along with tons of cherry and raspberry jam flavors. Super silky smooth on the mouthfeel and a nice lingering finish. Definite steal at around $25. This is a rebuy.
