Thursday, December 31, 2015 - PnP. Beautiful salmon color with a fine mousse. Strawberry and apples on the nose with a slight yeastiness. Pretty much everything that lvepicure said. Great way to usher in the new year.

Enjoyed in a Riedel Vinum Cuvee Prestige glass.
