Wednesday, May 2, 2007 - A decent nose and an excellent length, but I found this wine disappointing for a Radio Coteau - it's all muddled up inside! The mouth is full of sour cherries and lavender and violets, but it's muddy at the same time, and it's distracting. The nose is what I'd expect from a good appelation wine, and the length is excellent. The mouth/taste is muddled and muted, but the feel is good - it's round and filling.
That said, even with a good mouth (eventually), I'm having a hard time justifying the tariff.
