Tuesday, March 4, 2008 - Pulled from Vinotemp; popped & poured into Riedel Vinum Chablis glasses. Somewhat restrained nose of clean citrusy fruit with a slight tropical undertone. Delicious well resolved fruit that showed tart lemon with very good depth and in perfect balance with the remaining acid and wood, which provided just a beguiling hint of vanilla. Long complex finish. The wine grew in depth, length and complexity over the next hour and a half. Very well balanced and drinking exceedingly well now.
