Friday, April 24, 2015 - Had various experiences with this wine. Old note: Tart cherry, strawberry, raspberry. No dark fruit. Killer nose. High amount of oak, but not much vanilla on nose. Still tannic, but in my wheelhouse. Light finish, chocolate. Palate coating. Evolves when open, becomes more complex. muscular yet seamless. Light coffee and leather? Love it.
