Monday, May 18, 2015 - Decanted 3 hours. Soft nose of balsam, tree sap, and dusty cherry. Round and balanced in the mouth with dark red fruits and cherry bark coming through. Medium finish. Wanted to like this more. Everything was where it should be but the volume was turned down too low. Didn't really pop. Good pairing with Provencal short-ribs with olives and orange zest.
