Saturday, April 4, 2015 - I had the same experience as topper noted on 3/12; mainly, a bitter and reductive component that contradicted the sugars and acidity. Followed for several days open and it never improved for my taste. Hopefully, age will be kind to it because I wasn't too happy about how this bottle showed this week. I typically like Chenin sweet wines with cake and pie style desserts. This one goes better with salty cheeses, imo.
