Sunday, May 30, 2010 - Pale, almost clear as water. Some mineral on the nose. Decent palate. Some strawberry, citrus with mineral and bread. Nice acidity. When you want an inexpensive sparkler you could do far worse. Went well with a variety of goat cheese based appetizers.
