Saturday, July 24, 2010 - 40th Birthday - 1970 Vintage Tasting (Casa del Woodruff): Overly bubbly at first but settled down a bit. Perfect bubbles for a 93 degree day. Slightly sweet, and nice minerality too. Pear fruit, and very refreshing.
