Saturday, July 2, 2016 - Interesting. Had a slight reddish hue color. I assumed it was a rose. Nose and palate were quite mild and light. Slight aroma of apple. Maybe some straw or hay or grassy note. Palate was very crisp, dry / acidic. Not off-putting, but bracing. Good structure.
