Sunday, November 6, 2005 - After about 2 hrs after decanting the tannins where gone and you are left with a nice heavy concentrated blackberry Napa Cabernet that pleases the palate. A touch of leather and tobacco went well with the heavy steak served at dinner. Need to find more of these bottles.
