Monday, July 28, 2014 - One of 5 young burgs sampled from the cellar. The easy winner (from 2 2002 NSGs, and a 2005 St Aubin 1er Cru and 2005 Vosne-Romanee VV villages). Not ready, but already a lovely bottle. Slightly diffuse roseate colour lightening at rim. Grown-up nose of roses and other garden flowers. Lovely palate of complex fruits and flowers, with gentle but persistent acidity, and very good length. Classy. Revisit in 18 months.
