Sunday, January 22, 2012 - No formal note. This remains a stunning village wine, with waves of pure red cherry and strawberry fruit soaring from the glass and also on the initial attack. The palate is medium bodied, the fruit ripe and pure, the tannins now fully integrated, and vibrant tangy acidity carries a long finish with nice gamey and soily complexity. Drinking beautifully but absolutely no hurry.
