Saturday, June 13, 2015 - Time to Taste 2000 Bordeaux (R&D's): Courtesy of Jeff. Displays a mix of red and black fruit with floral overtones. Firm, fine-grained tannins with flavors of mixed fruit, vanilla, blue fruit and spice. Lengthy finish dominated by black fruit and tannin. Needs quite a few years in the cellar.
