Wednesday, November 16, 2011 - Popped and vinturi'd at the neighbors taking in the X Factor, desparate times call for desparate actions. This wine has a syrah based nose of blackberry, and blueberry along w/a little jam. A medium to full bodied structure, w/good balance and a matching flavor profile. The last one of the 1/2 case purchased sometime ago, but one of the better bottles. Competes w/the Cotes du Rhone from across the pond, at this price point. Good.
