Monday, August 12, 2013 - Dinner at NoMad (NYC): The bottle was just opened before being poured so perhaps with some more hours in a decanter this would have been a different experience. Strict, classic, cherry driven, decent if tight nose, was actually better on its own than with the food, although balanced and not lacking in scidity.
