indiscriminate palate Does not like this wine:

Thursday, November 28, 2013 - Herbs and heat on the nose. Very little fruit on the palate with medium+ tingly harsh tannin. Finished hot (surprised only 13.5%, felt like a percentage point more). I tried over 12 hours to coax some enjoyment from this wine. Several times, I thought "Oh, there's some fruit…" but it was a mirage, drawing me in only to clamp down with punishing tannin. Wife (tasting blind after 12 hours open) thought it was over the hill. I don't think it ever saw a hill.
